18-year-old woman dies in collision on Foothill Road in Carter County

CARTER COUNTY, OK – According to FOX 25, troopers are investigating a deadly rollover collision in Carter County.

An 18-year-old woman was driving east on Foothill Road near US 77 when she strayed off the left side of the road, overcorrected, and returned to the road before rolling over multiple times around 7:36 a.m.

The woman was thrown 78 feet from the vehicle during the crash. She was not wearing a seatbelt.

It is unclear what caused the accident.

 

3 dead in hit-and-run collision near Will Rogers International Airport

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Three people died in a fatal hit-and-run collision near Will Rogers International Airport on April 27th, according to FOX 25.

The crash occurred near Southwest 104th Street and Interstate 44 around 4 a.m.

First responders pronounced three people dead at the scene. A fourth person is on life support and is not expected to live.

Authorities say the suspect’s vehicle is a 2013-2016 Ford Fusion.

2 dead in semi-truck collision on US 69 in Stringtown

STRINGTOWN, OK – According to FOX 25, 2 people died in a deadly semi-truck accident in Stringtown Friday morning.

A 78-year-old man was driving a 2025 GMC Yukon south on US 69 near OK 43 when he strayed into oncoming traffic and hit a northbound Peterbilt semi-truck operated by a 53-year-old man.

The crash caused the semi-truck to overturn. The Yukon continued south and caught on fire.

First responders pronounced the Yukon driver and his 78-year-old female passenger dead at the scene. The semi-truck driver was airlifted to an area hospital in stable condition.

 

Collision reported near Meadowcliff

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A car accident near Meadowcliff was reported Monday morning, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

The incident occurred at Drexel Boulevard and Southwest 89th Street around 8:15 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

 

Emergency crews respond to crash in Highlander Community South

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to the scene of an accident near Highlander Community South Monday morning.

Dispatchers received calls concerning an accident at Southwest 51st Street and Douglas Avenue around 8:10 a.m.

Officials have not provided more details.

 

Auto accident disrupts traffic near Holly Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A car accident blocked traffic near Holly Park Monday morning, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Emergency crews responded to a crash on Western Avenue near Southwest 126th Street around 8 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
