1 dead in 2-vehicle collision near Woodward

WOODWARD, OK – According to KOCO, one person is dead following a fatal two-vehicle crash on S County Road 199 near Woodward Tuesday afternoon.

A 41-year-old woman was driving a Ford F-150 when she slammed into a vehicle driven by an 82-year-old woman who was exiting a driveway near South County Road 199 around 2:53 p.m.

First responders transported the 82-year-old woman to an area hospital, where she died.

The 41-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. A 20-year-old passenger and a 9-month-old passenger were also hospitalized.

Authorities believe the crash was caused by the 82-year-old woman failing to yield to oncoming traffic.

 

Crash in Heronville injures at least 1 person

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a traffic accident in Heronville Tuesday evening, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.

The incident occurred at South Virginia Avenue and Southwest Grand Boulevard eastbound around 6:48 p.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

MOORE, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, a traffic accident in Moore was reported to authorities Wednesday morning.
