1 dead, 1 injured following single-vehicle collision on E 250 Rd in Delaware County
DELAWARE COUNTY, OK – According to FOX 23, one person died, and another person was hurt in a single-vehicle collision on E 250 Rd near S 580 Rd on Sunday.
A 41-year-old man was driving east on E 250 Rd when he strayed off the road and struck a culvert, a sign, and a ditch before slamming into a tree around 3:28 p.m.
First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene and transported his passenger, a 37-year-old woman, to an area hospital in serious condition.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
