Actos
Actos (pioglitazone), a diabetes drug that was designed to control blood sugar levels (glucose) in adults for living with Type II diabetes. Actos was manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Now the FDA has issued a warning stating that there is a significant increase in the risk of bladder cancer. According to FDC warning, those taking Actos for more than a year are forty percent more likely to develop bladder cancer than those never exposed to Actos.
Fentanyl
Fetanyl (Duragesic) was sold by Ortho, McNeil, Jenssen Pharmaceutical. Fetanyl patch was commonly used as a powerful pain medication. Fentanyl is Eighty One times stronger than morphine. Fentanyl side effect include: confusion, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, weakness fatigue, dry mouth, and constipation. There have been multiple recalls of defective Fentanyl patches, because they have killed and injured many people.
Reglan
Reglan is used as a short-term to treat heartburn caused by gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD). People who have used other medications without relief of symptoms turn to Reglan. Reglan is known to cause tardive dyskinesia, a serious, debilitating and permanent movement disorder which is uncontrolled movement of the face, mouth, tongue, arm or legs.

Tysabri patients have been developing progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), a frequently fatal brain infection.
Topamax
Topamax has been the subject of a warning by the FDA, stating that the drug can cause cleft palate and other oral birth defects. These harmful birth defects can cause permanent damage and disability for a child.

Effexor is the brand name of venlafaxine, an antidepressant first sold by Wyeth and now sold by Pfizer. Zoloft has been linked to a number of severe birth defects. Sertaline is Zolofts generic form.
