The first thing I would suggest is to look for an attorney who is based in Oklahoma. There are a lot of attorneys that are out-of-state attorneys, and they don't actually have a presence in Oklahoma.

So I think that's first and foremost. The attorneys that are based in Oklahoma will know Oklahoma law. Number 2, I'd also look for experience. You know, how long have they been in the business, and also what kind of results have they had. Also, In my opinion, attorneys that will litigate cases, take cases to trial, will have the respect of the insurance companies and get better value for you than some of the attorneys that don't file lawsuits, don't litigate cases, and don't take them to trial.
