GLENPOOL, OK – The Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office and Glenpool Police arrested a woman on Sunday, June 14, in connection with a serious injury crash that happened in February 2026.
Local police told KTUL that the woman had an outstanding felony warrant after a crash that took place in February in the area of 201st Street and Highway 75.
The woman was reportedly driving 100mph and did not use her brakes before crashing into another vehicle. Several people, including minors, were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Felony charges were filed against the woman, and a warrant was issued for her arrest, officials confirmed.
Woman, 55, hurt in motorcycle collision in Lane
LANE, OK – A 55-year-old woman was injured in a motorcycle collision that occurred on Highway 3 West on Saturday, KXII reports.
The incident happened near Research Road. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the 55-year-old female motorcyclist was traveling in the left lane and was checking to see if other vehicles were in the right lane. As she continued driving, the road split into a curve, and she lost control of her bike, went into the median, and crashed her bike.
The woman sustained unspecified injuries and is expected to survive, according to officials.
Car crashes into ditch in Talala, claiming life of 59-year-old man
TALALA, OK – A 59-year-old man from Georgia died after he crashed his car into a fence and ditch on Friday evening, KTUL said.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the single-car crash happened before 9:15 p.m. on Highway 75, along West 3800 Drive.
OHP believes the man from Georgia suffered a medical episode, which could have been the main contributing factor in this single-car crash.
No other occupants appeared to have been involved.
Woman, 44, fatally struck by car in North Tulsa
NORTH TULSA, OK – A 44-year-old woman died after she was struck by a car on the L.L Tisdale Parkway on Saturday, Fox23 said.
The collision happened before 3:30 p.m. on the southbound lanes of the highway near East Apache Street. Eyewitnesses told Tulsa police that the woman came from behind the yellow barrels and concrete barriers and in the center median and walked directly into oncoming traffic.
Subsequently, the woman was struck by a southbound black Toyota Camry.
Paramedics declared the woman dead at the scene.
Police confirmed the driver was not arrested.
At least 1 injured in vehicle accident in SE OKC
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident in Southeast Oklahoma City on Tuesday.
According to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker, the crash occurred before 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of South Air Depot Boulevard and Southeast 74th Street.
Officials did not specify the extent of the injuries sustained or confirm the number of people involved.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol is working to determine the cause of the crash.
OK, DPS investigates an injury collision east of Will Rogers Int. Airport
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety is investigating an injury collision that happened east of Will Rogers International Airport.
DPS were dispatched to the intersection of Southwest 89th Street and South Country Club Drive and pulled up to the scene before 11:30 a.m., the OKC Response & Accident Tracker reveals.
DPS has not confirmed the severity of injuries sustained or listed the number of occupants and vehicles involved.
