BROKEN BOW, OK – A 32-year-old woman has been charged in relation to a deadly rear-end collision that killed a 43-year-old Broken Bow man on Sunday, KXII reports.
This is an update in connection to the story we first published on Tuesday. New information reveals that the 32-year-old woman, also a Broken Bow local, was impaired while driving her pickup truck. She crashed into the back of a car on U.S. 70, as it was preparing to turn onto Canoe Road.
The car driver, the 43-year-old man, died as a result of the crash.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed the woman was also charged with child endangerment.
OKC PD arrests suspect after injury pursuit-turned-crash
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City police arrested one person after a pursuit-turned-crash with minor injuries on Wednesday, News9 said.
The incident began with the sound of gunfire, reported in the area of Southwest 31st Street and Blackwelder Avenue. The suspect entered a red truck and drove away, being followed by police.
The suspect then crashed their red truck into a car in the area of South Grand Boulevard and South High Street. The suspect and the car driver suffered minor injuries and were taken into custody.
1 killed, 1 injured in motorcycle-vehicle collision near Osage Co.
OSAGE COUNTY, OK – One person was killed, and another was injured in a motorcycle-vehicle collision in Osage County on Tuesday.
The crash happened on Interstate 44 West. According to KTUL, the incident unfolded when a box attached to a motorcycle fell off the bike.
The motorcyclist pulled onto the shoulder of the road to allow another vehicle to pass. The motorcyclist re-entered the road and was struck by another vehicle while trying to turn around.
The motorcycle passenger and motorcyclist were ejected, and the motorcyclist, a Ponca City resident, died from his injuries, while the motorcycle passenger was injured.
The other driver was not injured and came to rest in a ditch.
OKC PD dispatched to car-semi-truck crash off I-35, Fourth Street
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City Police were dispatched to the scene of a car-semi-truck crash that happened off Interstate 35 and Fourth Street on Wednesday.
Police told News9 that the driver of a semi-truck crashed into a car, which caused the driver of the car to leave the road and then crash into the back of an OKC home.
No injuries were reported, although the crash did result in road closures to accommodate the on-scene clean-up process and overall investigation.
Tractor-trailer overturns after colliding with car in South Tulsa
SOUTH TULSA, OK – A tractor-trailer overturned after colliding with a blue sedan in South Tulsa on Thursday, KTUL reports.
The collision occurred on northbound Highway 169 near 71st Street, and warranted the response of police and at least one tow truck.
Police have reported no injuries and are actively working to determine the events that led to the crash.

OHP dispatched to vehicle collision west of Will Rogers Int. Airport
SOUTH OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a vehicle collision that happened west of Will Rogers International Airport on Thursday.
The crash occurred before 1:45 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 89th Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue, according to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker.
Troopers have not reported any injuries or citations at this time.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
