MOORE, OK – Moore Police are investigating the details behind an injury collision that occurred on Interstate 35 South near Northwest 5th Street on Wednesday.
The crash occurred after 11:45 p.m., Koco reports. Video footage showed a white pickup truck and a significantly damaged light-colored car blocking the southbound lanes. Several people, presumably the involved occupants, were walking outside the vehicle, not appearing hurt.
Police confirmed one person was injured, but have not specified the severity of injuries or the exact cause of the collision.

At least 1 hurt in traffic crash east of OKC’s Will Rogers Int. Airport
Oklahoma City, OK – At least one person was hurt in a traffic crash that occurred east of Will Rogers International Airport on Thursday.
According to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker, the collision happened before 10 a.m. at the intersection of Southwest 59th Street and South Walker Avenue.
The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety has not specified the severity of the injuries sustained or confirmed whether they cited or arrested anyone for their involvement in the traffic crash.
DPS is working to determine the cause of the crash.

OHP dispatched to semi-truck rollover collision in Vian
VIAN, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a semi-truck rollover collision in Vian on Thursday, 5NewsOnline reports.
The crash occurred off Interstate 40 near mile marker 296. OHP did not report any lane closures to allow crews to stabilize and remove the truck and to clean up debris.
The crash has since been cleared.
As of this writing, no citations or injuries were injured.
It’s not immediately clear what caused the truck to overturn, but as soon as we know more, we will provide updates if and when more information comes to light.
Stop sign runner causes two-vehicle accident near Colony, OHP says
NEAR COLONY, OK – A stop sign runner was to blame for a two-vehicle accident that occurred east of Colony on Monday, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
OHP told KECOFM that the collision happened before 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 2440 and County Road 1150. An 18-year-old male driver, from Chickasha, was going north and ran a stop sign before crashing into the side of an eastbound vehicle.
The 18-year-old man’s vehicle’s front bumper was impacted, and the 18-year-old man himself was injured. His passenger and the driver of the eastbound vehicle, a 59-year-old man from Colony, were spared from injuries.
The 59-year-old man was the sole occupant of his vehicle and wore a seatbelt, OHP said.
OHP also said either the driver or passenger of the northbound vehicle did not wear safety devices.
OHP has not cited whether they cited the 18-year-old man for running a stop sign, and are continuing to investigate the details behind Monday’s crash.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the details behind a crash that occurred on the eastbound lanes of the Northwest Expressway on Thursday.
The collision happened before 12:45 p.m. along the northbound lanes of Silver Crossing, according to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker.
OHP has not reported any injuries or citations.
