BROKEN BOW LAKE, OK – A 68-year-old man died as a result of a collision that happened on Broken Bow Lake on Sunday, OKCFOX said.

First responders were dispatched to the scene around 5 p.m. and rushed the 68-year-old man to McCurtain Memorial Hospital, where he later died.

Law enforcement did not specify whether this was a boat or motor vehicle collision, nor did they specify the events leading up to the crash.

A full investigation is underway.

NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person died and another was injured in a crash involving an alleged DUI driver in Northeast Oklahoma City on Monday.

The collision occurred off Interstate 35 and Northeast 36th Street, which is near the Lincoln Park Golf Course, according to OKCFOX. There, a driver who was reportedly impaired crashed their vehicle into two pedestrians.

One pedestrian died from their injuries, while another survived and was hospitalized for unspecified injuries.

Oklahoma City Police did book the driver on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and have not provided further commentary on the crash.

62-year-old man dies after car overturns near Lakeside Village

NEAR LAKESIDE VILLAGE, OK – A 62-year-old man from Lawton died following a rollover collision near Lakeside Village on Saturday, KFDX News 3 said.

The rollover collision happened around 2:30 a.m. on Meers Porter Hill Road near Northwest Allison Road. Preliminary details from Oklahoma Highway Patrol reveal the man was driving west on the highway when he veered out of his lane and crashed into a bridge abutment.

The man’s vehicle then overturned, and he was ejected from his vehicle.

The man’s rolled-over vehicle landed on him, and he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.

2 lose lives to plane accident in Washington

WASHINGTON, OK – Two people lost their lives in a plane accident that took place in Washington on Monday, Koco5 reports.

The plane crash happened on the 500th block of East Cottonwood Road, east of South Main Avenue.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol has not specified the events leading up to the crash or the ages, genders, and residences of the victims.

Motorcyclist sent to hospital following crash with vehicle in Moore

MOORE, OK – A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital following a crash involving a vehicle in Moore on Friday.

The incident happened in the area of Southwest 19th Street and Fritts Boulevard. Moore Police told KFOR that the motorcyclist was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed when they crashed into a vehicle.

EMS personnel rushed to the scene and transported the motorcyclist to a hospital with serious injuries.

DPS investigates vehicle accident in OKC’s Musgrave

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma Department of Public Safety is investigating the details behind a vehicle accident in the Musgrave neighborhood on Monday.

DPS were dispatched to the 933rd block of Northeast 84th Street and arrived at the scene before noon, according to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker.

No injuries or citations were reported.
