NEAR COPELAND, OK – A 26-year-old man from Fairland was killed in a collision that happened near Copeland on Friday, FOX23 said. 

The crash occurred before 8:30 p.m. in a cattle pasture in the area of East 220 Road and South 590 Road. The specifics leading up to the crash are unclear, although paramedics said a passenger, the Fairland man, died from his injuries at the scene. 

The driver survived. 

Oklahoma Highway Patrol is working to determine the cause of the crash. 

2 hospitalized following fiery multi-vehicle crash in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Two people were sent to the hospital following a fiery multi-vehicle crash in Oklahoma City on Friday, Koco5 reports.

The crash happened on Interstate 35 near Northwest 36th Street. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident unfolded when they believed a semi-truck had first crashed into a tractor hauling a brush hog. Both vehicles spun, and the semi-truck plowed into a bridge and caught on fire.

OHP also said a Jeep was involved, but did not say if the Jeep crashed into either of the aforementioned vehicles.

Officials have not specified how many people were involved or stated the physical conditions of the hospitalized individuals.

Authorities are working to determine whether the bridge’s structural integrity was compromised and the events leading up to the collision.

Vehicle plows into Broken Arrow diner, sending 8 to hospital

BROKEN ARROW, OK – Eight people had to go to the emergency room after a vehicle plowed into a Broken Arrow diner on Saturday, KTUL said.

The single-vehicle collision happened around 10:30 a.m. Out of the eight people who were injured and hospitalized, one of them was left in critical condition, and two of them were teenagers.

According to the photo, the vehicle involved appeared to be a white Silverado pickup truck and struck what appeared to be a wall, which was in front of a coffee/condiment bar.

Broken Arrow police do not believe the driver purposefully drove into the establishment and have not cited or arrested them.

A full investigation is underway.

Owasso PD investigates multi-vehicle accident outside Prairie Village

OWASSO, OK – Owasso Police are investigating the details behind a multi-vehicle accident that happened outside Prairie Village on Saturday.

Police told KTUL that the crash took place at the intersection of northbound 116th Street and 129th East Avenue. At the time of the reporting, officers told commuters to expect delays as crews worked to clean up debris from the crash, remove the impacted vehicles, and restore safe road conditions.

Police have not reported any injuries or citations and are working to pinpoint the contributing factors.

At least 1 injured in vehicle accident along Will Rogers Int. Airport

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that occurred north of Will Rogers International Airport on Monday.

According to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker, the crash happened before 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 29th Street and South Meridian Avenue.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol has not specified the extent of injuries sustained or said whether anyone needed to go to the hospital.

OHP has not reported any citations or arrests and is investigating the details behind the collision.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the details behind an injury collision that took place in Uptown Oklahoma City on Monday.
