Troopers investigate deadly single-vehicle wreck on I-77 near Orlando

ORLANDO, OK – According to KOCO, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal wreck that claimed the life of a 17-year-old boy on I-77 near mile marker 177 on Thursday.

The driver of a 2022 Kia Soul was heading north on I-77 when they crashed around 6:20 a.m.

Rescue crews pronounced a 17-year-old boy dead at the scene. They transported three other people to area hospitals. Two of the three people were admitted in critical condition.

It is unclear what caused the collision.
