Cain Law Celebrates 8th Anniversary with Better Business Bureau

Years ago, principal attorney Monty Cain founded Cain Law to fight for the rights of Oklahoma injury victims. Monty has worked relentlessly for more than a quarter-century to make a real difference in the lives of local clients who find themselves overwhelmed in the aftermath of life-changing injuries.

At Cain Law, our personal injury lawyers understand the importance of impartial observers that monitor and keep tabs on private organizations. That’s why we’re proud to announce our eighth year as an accredited business under the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Cain Law Celebrates 8th year with BBB Accreditation

Recently, Cain Law celebrated its 8th anniversary as a BBB Accredited Business. This accreditation is based on the BBB’s Standards for Trust, a collection of business principles designed to foster and maintain trustworthy business practices, such as:

  • Building trust in the marketplace
  • Advertising with honesty
  • Upholding the truth
  • Maintaining transparency
  • Keeping business promises
  • Being responsive to others
  • Protecting clients’ privacy
  • Showing integrity in business dealings

Only businesses with a track record of excellence are eligible to become Accredited Businesses under the BBB. Cain Law is pleased to report that our firm’s history of superior customer service and our standing “A+” rating have allowed us to attain this honor.

What is the BBB?

The Better Business Bureau, or BBB, is a nonprofit organization focused on helping consumers locate trustworthy organizations and brands. The BBB has been operating for more than a century, and millions of people search the BBB’s free database for reliable business information each year.

The BBB is able to offer its services to consumers free of charge because of dues and generous contributions paid by Accredited Businesses. The BBB is independent and nonpartisan, with no affiliation to any government agency.

Each business profile on the BBB website contains a letter-grade rating and accreditation status based on consumer comments and the BBB’s evaluation of those comments. There are currently more than 5.4 million companies with BBB profiles. Under the BBB system, Accredited Businesses and businesses with higher BBB ratings are considered more likely to interact with consumers in a positive and trustworthy manner.
