There's several cases that I enjoy working on for my clients, and the types of cases that I really enjoy are nursing home cases, medical malpractice cases, as well as trucking accident cases. And the common thread with all those types of cases is that people are injured generally pretty significantly, and they may have also lost a loved one. So it's very satisfying to be able to work through the challenging issues in those particular cases and get the family or the individual fair compensation for the injuries that them and their family have endured. The reason I represent a lot of people in semi accidents is I have a passion in that area because my daughter was in an accident several years ago with a semi. So I know firsthand how that can affect the individual and also the family members of the individual that was injured.

It also involves seriously injured people, and, uh, they're very complicated and challenging cases. Uh, they need to be investigated immediately at the scene. There's evidence as far as skid marks, all types of things that we need to document. We have experts that go out to the scenes immediately and investigate those areas. We also immediately start working to preserve documents that are required to be kept by the trucking company for for a certain amount of time, and if you don't preserve that initially, it can be lost.

And then we also do an investigation of the trucking company itself. There's a lot of documentation that's kept by the federal government that we also request immediately to see if we've got a, a bad company out there that we need to take a look at and also factor that into the claim. I take a lot of pride in being able to work through all the complications in these particular types of cases. And get people that have been severely injured or lost a loved one fair compensation for, for their injuries.
