SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A woman was injured in a hit-and-run crash in Southwest Oklahoma City on Wednesday, Koco5 reports.

The incident occurred before 8 a.m. in the area of Southwest 52nd Street and Western Avenue. The woman was on a sidewalk when she was struck by a vehicle.

The driver of the unspecified vehicle fled the scene prior to the police’s arrival.

At least one Oklahoma City police SUV, a firefighter pickup truck, and an EMSA ambulance responded to the scene. Officials said the woman’s right leg was injured, but did not say if she needed to go to the hospital.

Police said the suspect has not been made and have not released a description of them or the make and model of their vehicle at this time.

Man, 50, dies following pedestrian-vehicle collision in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A 50-year-old man lost his life to a pedestrian-vehicle collision outside the River Spirit Casino Resort around 1 a.m. Wednesday, OKCFOX said.

The man was running on the 8400th block of Riverside Drive, in a dimly lit area, when he was struck by the vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and called 911. Unfortunately, the 50-year-old man died from his injuries at the scene.

Tulsa Police are investigating the details behind the crash and have not announced citations or charges for the driver.

Juveniles sought in hit-and-run crash in OKC’s Windsor Forest

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City police are searching for two juveniles in connection with a hit-and-run crash that happened in OKC’s Windsor Forest area on Wednesday, OKCFOX reports.

Preliminary details show the juveniles, traveling inside a car, rear-ended another vehicle at a stop light at the intersection of Northwest 16th Street and North MacArthur Boulevard. The two minors inside immediately fled the scene on foot before police arrived.

Police have not confirmed whether they located the minors or said whether anyone was injured.

At least 1 injured in vehicle collision in Yukon’s Timber Creek Estates

YUKON, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle collision that happened in the Timber Creek Estates on Wednesday.

According to the OKC Response & Tracker, the crash occurred before noon on the 3100th block of South Mustang Road.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol did not disclose the number of vehicles and people involved or say how many individuals were injured.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety is investigating a traffic crash in the Briarwood Circle district.

DPS said the collision took place before 12:30 p.m. on the 1400th block of Northeast 36th Street, according to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker.

DPS has not reported any injuries or citations.
