COOKSON, OK – A 17-year-old was killed in a rollover collision that happened on Thursday, according to Fox23.
The 17-year-old driver was traveling on State Highway 100 when they drifted off the road, approached an embankment, and crashed into a tree.
The vehicle overturned and came to rest on its roof. The teen, the sole occupant of their vehicle, died from their injuries.
1 hospitalized following three-vehicle crash in NW OKC
NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash in Northwest Oklahoma City on Friday, Koco5 reports.
The collision happened on McKinley Avenue, near Northwest 28th Street. Video footage showed a silver sedan, a black SUV, and a white sedan, with significant front-end damage, and a portion of it on grass.
Debris was scattered around the round, and at least two police cars and a fire engine truck were at the scene. Two officers were talking to a woman, wearing white pants and a black sleeveless top, who appeared to be uninjured.
Officials said one person was taken to the emergency room, but did not disclose their current physical condition.
McKinley Avenue remained shut down to allow crews to clean up the mess from the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision in Oklahoma City’s Manwell Acres on Friday.
According to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker, the crash happened before 11 a.m. on the 100th block of South Rockwell Avenue.
