TULSA, OK – Tulsa Police arrested and booked a man into Tulsa County Jail after his involvement in a deadly rollover collision that killed two people in their 20s on Monday.
The crash happened after 12:30 a.m. in the area of East 64th Street and South Peoria Avenue, according to KTUL. Police determined that the suspect, a 21-year-old man, was driving 100 mph in a 35 mph zone when he lost control of his maroon GMC Yukon SUV and crashed into two utility poles.
The SUV overturned and killed a 27-year-old female rear-end passenger.
EMS crews rushed the front-seat passenger, a 21-year-old man, and the suspect to a hospital. It was there that the other passenger died.
Based on a shared photo, the suspect appeared to have sustained a neck injury. Police confirmed he had a blood alcohol content of .20, which is two times over the legal limit.
At this time, the suspect is likely to face two counts of second-degree murder.
1 hospitalized after three-vehicle crash in OKC’s Hunters Green
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was sent to the hospital as a result of a three-vehicle crash that damaged a home in the Hunters Green neighborhood on Wednesday.
The collision took place in the area of 2501 Northwest 63rd Street, according to News9. Preliminary details show that a driver of a white car lost control of their vehicle, causing them to crash into two other vehicles.
The force of the collision caused the white car to then plow into a nearby home. The driver of the white car sustained unspecified injuries and was sent to a hospital.
The driver’s current physical condition is unknown.
1 killed, another hurt in collision that caused vehicle fire in Foss
FOSS, OK – One person was killed and another person was hurt in a collision that caused one vehicle to catch on fire on the outskirts of Foss on Thursday, KSWO said.
The incident unfolded after 4 a.m. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a man was driving north on State Highway 44 when he veered into the southbound lane and crashed into a southbound vehicle.
The impact of the collision caused the southbound vehicle to catch on fire, and the driver of the northbound vehicle died from his injuries.
OHP identified the decedent as a 27-year-old adult from Apache.
OHP has not determined why the 27-year-old man lost control of his vehicle.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that took place in the Willow Creek area on Friday.
According to the OKC Response & Accident Tracker, the crash occurred at 12:23 p.m. on the 7840th block of Northwest 122nd Street.

The OKC Response & Accident Tracker reported the collision at 12:25 p.m., saying it took place at the northbound Interstate 44 and westbound Southwest 59th Street.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Department of Transportation cleared the scene of a vehicle accident on southbound Interstate 35 south of Edwards Park on Friday.
Total Traffic Network’s Oklahoma City division first reported the crash at 8:20 a.m., saying it happened near Northeast 10th Street. During the closures, traffic delays could be seen towards Northeast 50th Street as officials worked to clean up debris leftover from the crash. All lanes reopened by 8:35 a.m.
