MCCURTAIN COUNTY, OK – A 58-year-old female driver was killed in a rollover crash with ejection that took place in McCurtain County on Sunday.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol told KXII that the incident unfolded when the female driver veered off eastbound State Highway 3 and crashed her car. The driver did not wear her seatbelt and was ejected from her vehicle, which flipped over several times.

The woman, from De Queen, Arkansas, died from her injuries at the scene. She was the sole occupant of her vehicle.

OHP launched a full investigation.

Horse killed, 2 injured in collision involving horse trailer in Marietta

MARIETTA, OK – A horse was killed and two people were injured in a collision involving a horse trailer in Marietta on Monday, KTEN reports.

The incident unfolded when a car swerved into a Highway 32 lane and cut off a horse trailer following behind. The driver of a white pickup truck with an attached horse trailer swerved to try to avoid hitting the car and crashing off the side of the road.

The impact of the collision caused the horse trailer to overturn, and the horse inside died.

The pickup truck passenger was injured, and the pickup truck driver was hospitalized for unspecified injuries.

Love County deputies said the car driver was not at the scene when they arrived. At this time, they have not classified the collision as a hit-and-run.

Hit-and-run suspect causes rollover crash along Northwest OKC home

NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A hit-and-run suspect was said to have been responsible for a rollover crash that happened along a Northwest OKC home on Monday, KOCO said.

The incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m. when the driver drifted off the intersection of Northwest 23rd Street and North MacArthur Boulevard and crashed their car into a home’s front yard.

The driver’s car flipped over on its roof and nearly rammed through the brick home.
The driver immediately fled the scene prior to OKC’s police arrival.

Police are working to determine what the suspect looks like.

No injuries were reported. Tow truck crews removed the overturned car from the home.

Officials shut down majority of I-35 in Goldsby due to big rig collision

GOLDSBY, OK – Officials shut down a majority of I-35 in Goldsby due to a big rig collision that happened on Tuesday.

The collision occurred near Ladd Avenue and led the big rig to flip over on its side, according to KFOR.

Authorities and transportation crews reduced traffic to one lane to focus on the scene clean-up process and overall investigation.

Officials are working to determine the contributing factors that led to the crash and have not reported any injuries.

Traffic delays reported at Council Rd. after I-40 crash in SW OKC 

SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Traffic delays could be seen towards exit 142 at Council Road as a result of a vehicle crash that occurred on eastbound I-40 on Tuesday. 

Total Traffic Network’s OKC division first reported the vehicle crash at 7:20 a.m., saying it took place along Portland Avenue. 

Officials are working to determine the cause of the crash. At this time, they have not confirmed any injuries or citations. 



At least 1 injured in collision north of OKC Wiley Post Airport 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a collision that happened north of OKC’s Wiley Post Airport on Tuesday. 

The OKC Response & Accident Tracker first reported the crash at 12:58 p.m., saying it occurred at the intersection of North Rockwell Avenue and Northwest Expressway. 

Authorities did not specify how the crash unfolded, list the number of people and vehicles involved, or say if anyone was injured.
