NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A motorcyclist was killed, and two others survived after a Northwest OKC crash on Sunday.
KOCO said the incident unfolded after 9 p.m., when an SUV was turning from a private driveway and collided with the motorcyclist near the intersection of Northwest 10th Street and Morgan Road.
EMS crews transported the motorcyclist, a female motorcycle passenger, and the SUV driver to a hospital. There, the motorcyclist died from their injuries.
Officials said the female motorcycle passenger is recovering from critical injuries, but her condition is expected to improve.
An investigation is underway.
EMS responds to collision with injury on I-35 in SE OKC
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – EMS crews were called to the scene of a collision with injury that took place on Interstate 35 North on Monday.
KOCO said law enforcement and transportation personnel shut down the majority of the interstate near Southeast 44th Street and Southeast 59th Street for the scene clean-up process and investigation. During that time, drivers could still take one available lane, but had to deal with traffic delays that could be seen towards Shields Boulevard.
Transportation workers were able to move the impacted vehicles to the shoulder before a tow truck removed them from the scene.
Officials have not specified the severity of the injuries sustained, the cause of the collision, or whether anyone was cited for their involvement in the accident.

School bus, SUV drivers hurt in head-on crash in Ardmore
ARDMORE, OK – A school bus driver and SUV driver were hurt in a head-on crash on Lindale Road around 7:45 a.m. on Monday, KTEN reports.
Preliminary details reveal that a right-turning SUV crashed head-on into a school bus negotiating a left-hand curve. The female SUV driver told the Oklahoma Highway Patrol that her driving visibility was reduced due to the ice on her windshield and that she did not see the bus.
Despite the severity of the collision, the SUV and school bus drivers sustained minor injuries, while the children on board were uninjured.
OHP confirmed that the SUV motorist was sent to the hospital, but did not say if the school bus driver was also hospitalized.
The children on board the bus were safely transported to school. OHP did not say if they cited the SUV driver.
OKC PD investigates hit-and-run along Roosevelt Middle School
SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City Police are investigating the details behind a hit-and-run crash that happened along Roosevelt Middle School on Tuesday.
The collision occurred on Southwest 44th Street near Independence Avenue, KOCO said. A driver struck at least one person before fleeing the scene. Emergency Medical Services Authority was at the scene and evaluated a group of middle school students for injuries who were said to have been either hit or nearly struck by the hit-and-run vehicle.
At this time, no students were taken to the hospital. Police have not provided a description of the suspect or of the vehicle of interest.

CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that occurred north of River Park on Tuesday.
OKC’s Response & Accident Tracker reported the crash at 11:17 a.m., and said it happened on the 500th block of South Agnew Avenue South.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Department of Transportation was called to a traffic crash that happened along Sportsman Lake Park on Tuesday.
Total Traffic Network’s OKC division first announced the crash at 8:25 a.m., saying it happened on Northwest 39th Street east of North Tulsa Avenue.
