STILLWATER, OK – A 78-year-old woman and a 17-year-old teenager were killed in a head-on collision that happened on the outskirts of Stillwater Saturday.
The Oklahoma State Highway Patrol told KOCO that the crash happened before 12:30 a.m. on U.S. 177 near East 32nd Avenue. The 17-year-old was driving at a high rate without his headlights and crashed into a curb. A short time later, he drifted out of his lane and crashed head-on into a vehicle driven by the 78-year-old man.
Both drivers died from their injuries at the scene.
Multi-vehicle crash in Calumet claims life of Indiana woman
CALUMET, OK – A 50-year-old woman from Indiana lost her life to a multi-vehicle crash that happened on I-40 East in Calumet last Tuesday, Sept. 23.
According to OKCFOX25, one driver rear-ended another vehicle, which caused the struck vehicle to drift off the road before overturning. Two other vehicles then hit the first vehicle, which caused it to split in half.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the 50-year-old woman from Sellersburg, Indiana, did not wear a seatbelt and died from her injuries at the scene.
The driver of the first vehicle was left with unspecified injuries.
The contributing factors behind the crash were not made readily available.
U.S. 12 West in Catoosa closes due to vehicle accident
CATOOSA, OK – Officials shut down U.S. 412 West along 265th East Avenue due to a multi-vehicle accident that happened Sunday, News9 reports.

EL RENO, OK – At least one person was injured in a collision that happened in El Reno after 12 p.m. Monday.

Officials called to injury pedestrian crash in Westbury
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – First responders were summoned to the scene of a pedestrian crash with injuries that occurred in the Westbury area on Monday.
The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area of Council Road and Southwest 15th Street and was left with unspecified injuries, according to KOCO.
EMS and fire crews provided aid to the pedestrian, but did not say if they needed to go to the hospital.
The force of the crash left one vehicle with a damaged windshield, and another had come to rest on the side of the road.
Officials temporarily blocked two middle lanes on Council Road to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation process.
