A Norman Oklahoman native with a background in leadership, training, and employee relations, Katie brings years of experience helping teams grow and succeed. She enjoys building strong workplace relationships and creating an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book or movie, and going on adventures with her dogs River and Nova. She enjoys finding humor in everyday chaos and believes life is better with good music, good people, and dogs that think they run the household.
