BOKOSHE, OK – A local Bokoshe man was killed in a rollover collision that happened at the intersection of Highway 31 and Hudson Corner Road Saturday. 

The crash happened before 10 p.m., KTUL reports. Preliminary details show that the local man, who was driving a 1997 Chevrolet pickup, had drifted off southbound Hudson Corner and re-entered the road. The impact caused his vehicle to overturn and crash into a ditch. 

The pickup truck driver, who was 26, died from his injuries at the scene. 

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed the driver did not wear a seatbelt. They are working to determine why the man lost control of his vehicle. 


Driver dies in rollover crash after trying to pass another vehicle in Muskogee Co.

MUSKOGEE COUNTY, OK – A driver lost his life to a rollover crash on Highway 62 North around 3 p.m. Monday, Fox23 reports. 

Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed that the driver, a 24-year-old man from Tulsa, was traveling at a high rate of speed and tried to pass another vehicle in front of him on the highway’s one-lane zone. In attempting to overtake, he lost control of his vehicle, went into the opposite lanes of traffic, and crashed. His vehicle overturned, and he succumbed to his injuries. 

Troopers said the Tulsa man declined to wear a seatbelt. No other vehicles seemed to have been involved. 



At least 1 injured in vehicle accident in OKC’s Creston Hills 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that occurred in the Creston Hills neighborhood outside the Ralph Ellison Library on Wednesday.  

OKC’s Response & Accident Tracker reported the crash at 12:06 p.m., saying it happened at the intersection of NE 22nd Street and Granada Boulevard. 

While no lane closures were reported, drivers were likely told to expect delays as crews worked to clean up the debris from the crash and as first responders rendered aid. 

The number of people and vehicles involved, the extent of injuries, and the exact cause of the crash have not been added.

OK DOT called to collision near Wiley Post Park 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma Department of Transportation crews were dispatched to the scene of a collision that took place west of Wiley Post Park Wednesday. 

OKC’s Total Traffic Network first announced the crash at 8:05 p.m. and said it happened at the intersection of Southwest 21st Street and South Western Avenue. 

DOT workers have not specified how the collision unfolded or said if anyone was injured. 

No lane closures were reported.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Injuries were reported in a crash north of Oklahoma City’s Wiley Post Airport (PWA) on Wednesday.

OKC PD investigates injury two-vehicle accident in Trailwest 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City police are investigating the details behind a two-vehicle accident with injuries in the Trailwest community. 

Police said the crash happened in the morning in the area of Southwest 44th Street and South Sara Road, KOCO reports. Officers and crews briefly blocked a portion of South Sara Road for the scene clean-up process and investigation. 

No charges were reported.
