Police investigate deadly auto vs. pedestrian crash near South Walker

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, the Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating a fatal auto vs. pedestrian crash that happened near SW 59th Street and Walker Ave on Sunday.

The driver hit the male victim around 9 p.m.

Rescue crews transported the man to an area hospital, where he died around 9:40 p.m.

Authorities found the vehicle, which they believe hit the pedestrian a short distance from the scene of the accident.

Officials have not released the victim’s name.
